Did you know? – Women’s buttons are on the left hand side of garments because when buttoned garments first came to be, only women with servants could afford to wear them. They were sewn on the left to make it easier for servants to help dress these women.
Trained as a Costume Maker, Charlotte’s passion for sewing and fabrics has been a constant thread throughout her life. In her early years she used to hand sew outfits for her dolls and stitch clothes for herself, family and friends. Although she will always have a soft spot for making beautiful dresses! She loves to sew and create using a range of fabrics, from curtains to wedding dresses, alterations to 3D Moose heads!
